Short version: Bailey is cookieless by design. We don’t set advertising or tracking cookies, and neither do the visitor analytics we give the sites you publish. This page explains exactly what that means.
1. What we don’t do
- No advertising, marketing or cross-site tracking cookies.
- No third-party analytics that profile visitors.
- No “fingerprinting” to identify people without cookies.
Because we don’t track anyone, there is nothing to ask consent for, so the sites Bailey serves don’t need a cookie-consent banner for anything Bailey itself provides.
2. How visitor numbers work
Visitor analytics are cookieless and anonymous. We count page views and visits without storing an identifier that follows a person across pages or sessions, and without building a profile. The result is a count, not a dossier.
3. Strictly necessary storage
To run the Service, we use a small amount of storage that is strictly necessary and exempt from consent under the ePrivacy rules:

None of these are used for tracking or advertising. They exist only to make the Service work and keep it secure.
4. Cookies on the sites you publish
If you add your own cookies or third-party scripts (for example an external booking widget or an advertising tag) to a site you publish through Bailey, those are your responsibility as the site’s owner, and you must provide the appropriate notice and consent. Bailey does not add them for you.
5. Changes
If we ever introduce storage that would require consent, we will update this page and ask for consent before setting it. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
